At first sight the remote valley is a riot of scent and colour. Peach and cherry blooms, and early prairie flowers playing free-for-all in the stirring zephyr. Just as an orchestra tuning up in a raucous chorus before an overture. And at second sight, taking all the instruments together, an unseen conductor instructs the whole valley to dance in time to the beat of a spring symphony.
