Past, present and future.

Things fall apart; the centre will not hold. The best grow tired; the worst are bold. First rides War, in drone and steel, From Kyiv’s streets to Gaza’s seal. Putin’s tanks, Hamas’s fire, Old hatreds in new armour tire Second, Famine, thin and grim, Climate‑drought, war‑blocked grain with him. Sudan’s fields, Yemen’s port, Markets gamble, people short. Third, Pestilence, unseen, swift, Wuhan’s lab, the cargo lift. Masks and myths in equal share, Next plague bred beyond repair. Fourth, a shadow, self‑made night: Screens alight with endless fight. “Woke” and “bigot”, trade‑off dead, Union Jacks and prayers misread.
