Song of the Mountain

Mountain speaks slowly no one generation of us hears the full story its voice the cracking ice in the Spring the hum of wind through the trees a roar of the falls gentle babbling of streams raging scream of summer fire the chatter of stones on the skree Mountain is not an alter symbol or geology it breathes sustains a community including me

Waketime

you’ve been asleep too long She said look at you with your bully boo hair and scrunchy eyes face in a book way past dark mind stuck in some twitchy tangled bower those pages won’t show you the bee dancing the way to the meadow flowers the birdsong on the winds smells of dewy grass and pine slow conversations of the mountains the sun is bright today go out and play you’ve been asleep too long She said wake up sleepy head and look at me

Modulation

we are modulated beings a narrow bandwidth of frequency is our perceived reality limited to maximize physical existence utility we cannot 5 sense other consciousness flowing around us as like water and air the static between tuned stations we skip through holds much information Blake's grain of sand a key to unlock a window waiting to be opened that once seen is a mind boggling view

Ouroboros

in between what is and what ought to be i float on the Sargasso Sea listening with Van Gogh’s ear to thoughts too deep for tears. i ask Her: who am I? to seek the dying gods, to breathe another’s breath, to be the dew, the fallen leaf, a footprint in the sand washed by the sea. She whispers: gently sleep, close your eyes — you will never be old to me. love flows from my river. you will always be he lays down his sword, walks past the Maiden, back into the mouth of the dragon

The Blue Planet

Filled with water and life This planet thrives with might They call it blue for its water I call it blue as it gets hotter What will prevail is a question for all But cant we agree to keep this planet strong?
